About
“These times are urgent. Let us slow down.”
— Báyò Akómoláfé
Hi there.
Professionally, I’m a communication consultant, culture transformation facilitator, and leadership coach. I focus my time on helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate interpersonal dynamics in today’s evolving world of work. Personally, I’m a third-culture kid born in Montréal to Haitian immigrants and raised in Miami, Florida. Adapting to new environments while staying true to myself has been a lifelong practice.
Curios Consulting designs tailored learning environments that foster interpersonal and systemic transformation. Think of me as your partner in the process of change management. My work sits at the intersection of communication, mindfulness, and culture change. Together, we explore the root causes of communication challenges, co-design strategies for addressing them, and cultivate practice space for the self-awareness and collective consciousness needed for lasting change.
One of the questions that has guided my 15+ years of experience is: How can we make space for the complexity of humanity in our workplaces while keeping our shared purpose at the center? Too often, the ways we work together stifle our ability to find answers to this question. I believe that the curiosity to interrogate the status quo, a shared consciousness to change maladaptive patterns, and the courage to name hard truths can liberate the way we work—if we’re willing to let them.
To the pursuit of freedom, in all ways,
